Primate Is Now Two Years Old!

Primate's two year birthday

Party hats are mandatory

So, we’re now officially two years old. Ridonkulous, isn’t it? It still seems like only yesterday that Espen, Bart and I decided to embark on our exciting simian adventure together. But then time flies when you’re having fun. Or are exceedingly busy. Either way, I don’t think of any us can believe how just quickly our two year company anniversary has crept up nor how much we’ve learnt and grown along the way.

Looking back, the last year has been a pretty amazing. We’ve doubled in size and have been hugely lucky to pick up some wonderful new clients both locally in Scotland and abroad in countries like the US, the Netherlands and Germany. We’re truly delighted to have some exciting projects in the pipeline and consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to work with some incredible businesses and the highly talented people within them. Personally, I can’t wait to see these new projects launch and I’m humbled to have had the opportunity to be part of them.

This coming year hopes to be equally exciting as well as we look to move into new premises and expand our team some more. We have no ambition to become a particularly large company (just the best!) but filling out a couple more key roles in the business will help us out dramatically, I think. How we grow yet remain true to our core values and our philosophy of facilitating direct, personal contact with the right person for the task is a tricky conundrum but one we’re determined to solve. I think we have a good solution in mind though, one that will allow us to create the high quality of sites we aspire to whilst actually being able to take a holiday once in a while!

So it just remains for me to thank all of our amazing clients and all of our friends, families, contacts, readers, bloggers, Tweeters, Facebookers and Googlers for your help and support. We wouldn’t be here without you.

Here’s to another two years of Primate!

P.S. We’re on the lookout for a talented junior designer. If you would like to apply, or know anyone who would, please send them are way.
